About Me

Twanja Windley is from Georgetown, SC, and currently resides in Greenville, SC. She attended the University of South Carolina, Spartanburg Campus and received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 2003. She completed her MBA with emphasis in Human Resources Management at Webster University, Greenville Metropolitan Campus in 2007.

Over the years, education has become her #1 priority. Although going through school she faced some challenges and as she continued to push herself forward she realized nothing or no one could stop her.  When listening to Twanja, you could really see the confidence that she obtains and sense her determination.  Even when asking her friends to describe her as a person they said, “She is Confident, Giving, Passionate, Powerful, Loyal, and Strong.

Through her journey she’s met some wonderful teachers that have deposited a great deal of wisdom into her. Now as she continues to move forward it is her desire to give back to her community and become a reflection to the younger generation.  She feels that everyone have seeds planted inside of them and she wants to be the water to their seeds.

When asking Twanja, what inspires her, she said, “Life”.  She enjoys life and learning from her mistakes. She quotes that one of her pastors once told her that, “failure is a prerequisite to success” and also a professor shared with her “it’s not how you start its how you finish”. She holds on to that because God knows the outcome of our lives and it doesn’t matter the steps it takes because victory is promised in the end and she is determined to be victorious.

Even when asking her who inspires her she said, “people who are passionate about life and that would do anything or sacrifice whatever to hold on to it”.  She proclaimed when watching sports, she sees athletes that are decisive and want to win; when listening to music, she hears someone pouring out their feelings; and when reading book she can paint a picture through someone else’s words.

Ms. Windley says,” success is something she aspires for and this is only her beginning”.
